Cancelling Your Harei At Membership

If you have met someone or Harei At is not working out at you have hoped, you can use one of any of our contact methods to submit your cancellation request. You can contact us via email at: billing@hareiat.com, or you can reply to any of the emails we have sent you to get in touch with us.
 
Cancellation requests must be received before your auto-renewal and recurred billing date in order for charges to be discontinued for upcoming billing period. Your auto-renewal date will be the chosen membership duration from the date of purchase. (Ex. If 1 month membership is purchased on May 6th, auto-renewal date is June 6th.) Recurred billing that has occured without record of a cancellation request before the date of the charge is not subject to a refund as stated and agreed to in the Terms of Service.
